My memories of Roslyn are all from my childhood in Island Park, where she and my mom were good friends. She would sweep into my house, call my mom Bubbie, and tell my dad to get out of the rocking chair. Such a wonderful woman. Heaven is better and we are poorer with her passing. Hopefully she's giving my dad some more good natured ribbing in Heaven.

Q: How did you meet Roslyn? A: My family met Roslyn through her daughter when she moved to Florida. Before even meeting her in person, we knew she could take any challenge head on and do it with style and grace. She dressed to kill and turned heads when she was in the room. The fun times and stories we shared with our friends the Fernandez’s and Roslyn will live on in our hearts.

I met roz back in the 90s through her son Joey. She took me in like I was her own daughter and part of her family . She was one of the sweetest lady I had met .she loved her children and her husband and anyone that came through her door. She will be missed. Love you mom. Lisa muraszko wiesneski ertell.
