Jessica e hijas y hermanos de James,
No hay palabras que puedan calmar el dolor por el cual están pasando. De corazón cuanto lo sentimos.
Fue la voluntad de nuestro Padre Dios.
James estás descansando en los brazos de nuestro amado Jesús. Ya no hay dolor ni sufrimiento.

Querido Jimmy, has partido tan rápido dejando un vacío tan grande en todos los que te queremos. Tu ausencia será dura de soportar, eras una persona especial y yo tuve la suerte de ser tu amiga /hermana por 40 años. Agradezco a Dios y a la vida por habernos hecho encontrar. Ahora solo me queda vivir llevando tu recuerdo en mi corazón.

Last Monday I lost a very special friend - This is a little bit about my friendship with James!
In 2006 - I had just finished college and was kinda bored at home so I joined an Adult CoEd Volleyball league, that’s where I first met my dear friend James. I’m not exactly sure how we became friends, but It was easy to be James’ friend, he was always so happy, so friendly, so inviting. Jose (another volleyball friend and the third member of our “volleyball chat” that became “valley stream friends chat”) and I will always ask James for people’s names - we knew James always knew other people’s names and their chismes! Everyone talked to James, we also called him the glue that kept our chat alive (James was that guy that would always forward things on WhatsApp) - stuff I usually didn’t read or watched- looking back now I wish I had paid more attention, I wish I had interacted more… James loved talking about anything and everything - one of our last conversations was about the new season of Dexter - show that I got into because he highly recommended.
Because of James I have been playing
Volleyball all over New York - he would
Always make friends and find new places to play then take us to different leagues from Valley stream to Baldwin, to Oceanside, Bayside, Jones beach, Long Beach, garden city, little neck, forest hills, EVERYWHERE -
I didn’t get to see James much lately, I wish I had… he had gotten into pickle ball A LOT - so he was doing that instead of volley… looking back, I wish I had taken him up on the offer of playing some pickle ball
James was a real state lawyer - so it made sense he helped me buy my house back
In 2015 - the American dream - thank you so much James - I’ll never forget our rides together - you guys joking around how you guys were old enough to hang out with my parents instead of me - the many games we played and the many stories we have - thank you for being such a good friend, thank you for being the glue that kept our group together - I will stay on top of Jose so our chat continues to be alive - remembering you, reminiscing about our time togetherj.
