I first met Al 47 years ago when my then boyfriend Bill took me to the Gormley/ Baner family reunion. Al was laying on a float in the pool, waving a welcome. Each year it became tradition to get the families together. Al was warm , welcoming, fun, loving, a pleasure to listen to his stories. We will miss him, but know the reunion is still going on, but in heaven. Love you Al!

The righteous man perishes, and no one lays it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one understands. For the righteous man is taken away from calamity; he enters into peace (Is 57:1-2).......
Ahhh Uncle Al, Thanks for the many years of friendship, family, stories and all the good times—the visits, the picnics, the laughter. Rest In Peace. (Wayne, Debra, Lauren, Christine, Deanna)
