Mr. Winters was a great man. My family and I have know the Winters family for over 30 years. When my home burned down in 99 the Winters family took me in, and took care of me, shared there home and truly made me a member of the family. It saddens me to know of his passing. When Gary and I were kids after sleepovers and nights full of wrestling matches Mr Winters would always have fresh bagels, a plate full of eggs and a fresh dozen of doughnuts. We ate like kings every weekend and enjoyed our morning conversations together. He was a kind and thoughtful person and always tried to give us good fatherly advice. I learned alot from him by listening to the wisdom he shared. He loved his family and even thought I wasn’t family he always treated me as part of the pack. He is a great man and will truly be missed.
