I am so sorry to hear of your passing. If I could, I would thank you for all the things you did for my family and myself as you were a part of it. I want to thank you for your relationship with my parents and especially with my sister. You were a comfort to her in her time of need. I want to thank you for stepping into the father roll with James, and seeing him into adulthood. You were a good man and left a positive influence on this earth and the people who knew you.
I pray that God would comfort Bessie and all family members.

When George and I were young men, we were like brothers. Even though we lost touch years ago, I was very sad to hear of his passing. I loved him like a brother.
