Dear Deborah, Ed and both Bob's personal family and all the family members that made up the various Mackoul Company entities:
It was with great sadness that I heard of Bob's passing. It also caused me to smile as I recall memories of Bob. When I entered the community association insurance and risk management industry, Bob, Ed and Deborah, were one of the first, if not the first brokers I had the pleasure to meet. Bob was always welcoming and willing to share whatever he could to help me understand the very special industry of condos and coops. I hope the memories of Bob comfort you during this time. I will definitely be comforted.
