Dear Papa,
Thank you for always making me feel welcome in your home.
You are a true GENTLEman with a GREAT LOVE for your family.
It was a pleasure teaching your youngest granddaughter.
Nicole, your "PRINCESS", is an ANGEL on Earth in a large part
due to the love and guidance she had from you... her "Papa".
I was so happy to introduce Nicole to more advanced literature and
entertainment - you knew your "Princess" was ready, willing and
able to understand and enjoy characters like Laura Ingalls,
Lucy Pevensie and Anne of Green Gables.
You will always be Nicole's hero, her Superman.
She was very proud of this trophy she drew for you.
Nicole couldn't wait to give you the projects she made for you -
you always accepted them with a big smile, a nice compliment,
a hug and a kiss.
Nicole is most proud that you always remembered she was
and will always be your "Princess".

There are no words to fully express what Kelly meant to my family and I . Thinking back on all the memories he was a part of it's hard to narrow down just one. Christmas gatherings..new years eves..barbeques...trips to the lake..are just a few. For me personally I will always remember him reaching out to me telling me to jump into the lake and that I could do it. Naturally I was scared but knowing he was there arms out towards me gave me the courage to jump. Into the water I went and then right up into his loving arms that held me tight while I proudly exclaimed.."I did it!" To which he replied " I told you so ,now go do it again!" Kelly was just that way..always encouraging..always loving..he believed in you before you believed in yourself. I am forever grateful to have had the time I did with him and to have witnessed all the love he had for his family. It was a beautiful thing to see. I will smile everytime I think of him. I take comfort in knowing he's watching over all those whose lives he touched. Until we meet again. I love you.

Dear Tio Kelly,
It's hard to express in words how deeply I miss you. Your presence brought so much joy, laughter, and wisdom into our lives. The memories we shared will forever be cherished in my heart.
You were not just my God Father or uncle; you were more like my grandfather and a mentor. Your kindness, generosity, and strength were truly inspiring. The love and care you showed towards Ash, mom, dad and myself will always be remembered.
Your passing has left a void that cannot be filled, but I find comfort in knowing that you are at peace now. I will forever hold onto the lessons you taught me and the family values you instilled in me. The same values I live by with my wife Ruby.
Thank you for being a part of my life and for leaving such a loving impact on me. Your legacy will live on through the lives you touched.

My Grandpa (Grampy),
How lucky was I to have a grandpa who could quite literally do it all! And if you didn't know it, you would learn how to do it and then teach me. Grandpa, you filled my life with the most beautiful memories but most importantly, you were the best teacher. You taught us how to explore nature, play catch, play badminton, ride a bike, roller blade, and then eventually how to drive a car. When we didn't have anything to do, you taught us how to be creative. Grab a box, grab some paper, and create something. Most importantly, you taught us how to be brave. You'd let us climb all of those big boulder just to tell us not to climb back down but to jump down. You would always say "don't worry, I'll catch you!" Sometimes you did, sometimes you didn't you, but you wanted me to learn that I could do it myself and I would be okay. And I was! Thank you for everything my Grandpa! Grandpa, I promise to remember all of the memories and all of the lessons and continue to pass them along. And I pray, whenever I have my own little ones that you be there whispering in their ear and guiding them just like you did for all of us. Grandpa, your princess will love you always and forever!

Our deepest sympathies to the Nieves / Bordoy families.
Kelly was an outstanding person!
As neighbor to Susan , Stephanie and Michael for many years, Kelly was there helping his daughter and grandchildren with a project and friendly to everyone and so devoted to all his children. The love between Kelly and Zoraida was so evident and family was everything to them.
Kelly was a very wonderful man and he will be remembered always!

To My Papa,
Thank you for all of the wonderful memories; from our summer trips to PA when Steph and I were young to all the amazing family vacations as we got older. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work alongside you, for teaching me all you know and for your wisdom. Thank you for the moments of laughter when we would do something silly. My heart is filled with beautiful memories of Kelly, and our families together sharing laughter during the holiday parties, and BBQ's. He was not only an uncle, but a father figure and mentor to me. He was a gentle soul, and passionate when it came to his family. His little girl Nicole, and his Lovey Zory. His beautiful daughters, Dee, Sue and Rosie.
