Q: What will you miss most about Despina?
A: I will miss our weekly phone calls catching up on everything in our lives. She was always there to help with a recipe or give advice to any problems I had. She'd talk about the past and my parents. I remember being in Greece, I got really sick and the doctor wouldnt come see me, Despina went and dragged him over to the house. She was an amazing woman and will be missed. Our hearts are forever broken.
