CJ was always my island of calmness as I tried to swim through all the new tech every year. I remember one “crash” where I thought all my files had disappeared. CJ just looked at me and said, “ I can find them, just give me a few hours.” And find them he always did!
Kind, reassuring, competent, polite, friendly…he brought us into the 21st century. He hired incredibly talented people who mirrored his caring.
Molloy is lucky to have had CJ’s presence.

I am truly struggling to find the words to describe CJ and the pivotal role he has played in my life. CJ’s kindness and faith gave me an opportunity that forever changed my path. I realized very quickly that our relationship would be more than simply professional. CJ’s strong, compassionate and understanding nature paved the way for a much more personal connection. Through my nine years of working with CJ, there were countless long conversations about what it meant to be successful. CJ always made sure to emphasize empathy, honesty and respect. He taught me what it means to be a leader, a husband, and a father. He had this impressive ability to make you feel so comfortable and safe through a look and a laugh.
CJ, I miss you more than words could ever describe. I could never thank you enough for taking a chance on me all those years ago, and for motivating me to be my best self. You were a second father to me and I will always cherish the times we shared. Each of us are so lucky to have had you in our lives. There will never be a day where I don’t think about you and the incredible impact you had on so many. Thank you for being you and allowing me to experience it.
My heart breaks for Trish and the girls. For Mary and Dorothy. For all his loved ones and close friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. May CJ rest in eternal peace.

CJ was a wonderful colleague and friend at Molloy. He always had a smile on his face and handled the most difficult situations with grace and ease. He was intelligent, resourceful, and brought interesting ideas to the table. He always had a quick one-liner or joke to share to lighten the mood. The day before he passed, I sat next to him at a meeting, and he was his usual jolly self, joking with others at the meeting in usual CJ fashion. Never did I think that would be the last time I would ever see him. My prayers and deepest sympathy go out to his wife Trisha, daughters Abigail, Sarah, Emma, & Charlotte, mother Mary, cousin Dorothy, and the rest of the Mallia family, all of whom he loved dearly. May CJ be at peace, eternally.
