I only know Billy (who I called Will...not sure why) thru talking with him over the phones. He was one of the field techs we worked with and he was the hardest working guy, he knew his stuff, and he was always willing to learn new tricks I could teach him. I really wish I could have met him in person. Sat down, had a beer with the guy. Awesome guy. I'll definitely miss him.
