Laura Houston 1/26/1955 - 9/10/2022 A Queen from Queens who had perfect and divine timing in everything she did. Laura was raised in Woodhaven. Since childhood, she loved spending summers at her favorite place; Woodcliff Park, Long Island. She lived in Brooklyn, before raising her family on Staten Island and later settling in Marlboro NJ. She was the most loving and generous person who truly knew how to have fun, and make everyone feel loved. Quick to stand up for what was right, even when it was difficult, she instilled good values in her children and so many others who looked to her as a second mother. Her final years were spent living at the beach on Long Island. Laura passed very peacefully surrounded by love. She is survived by her children, Eddie Teen (Lauren), Melissa Brenman, and the countless people she had a positive impact on. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:45 am on Thursday, September 15th at St Anthony's RC Church, 110 Anchor Ave, Oceanside, NY.
