Carol Eriksen, 80, passed away on September 5, 2022. Beloved wife of Peter. Loving mother of Carl Eriksen (Lori), Peter Eriksen, Jr. (Cathy), James Eriksen (Cindy), Amanda Ligo (Brad), and Rachael Eriksen. Cherished grandmother of CJ, Sarah, Sean, Peter, Mark, Kevin, Heather, Samantha, Jacqueline, Nikki, and Mayla. Adored great-grandmother of 11. Arrangements are entrusted to Towers Funeral Home, 2681 S. Long Beach Rd, Oceanside. Family will receive friends Friday, 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer.
