I remember the days sitting in the kitchen listening to the gossip and smoking cigarettes. We will all meet again. RIP.

Frances Newman Bain April 19, 1928-2022
Fran was a Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend to many.
Fran was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY... She loved Brooklyn… and Catherine McCauley High School.
Fran’s family had a summer place in Long Beach, NY, where she met Vinnie Bain in the 1940’s
Fran’s story really grows from there.-literally
Fran raised 7 kids in a relatively small house with 1 bathroom and a Little Kitchen.
That Little Kitchen was Ground Zero for hundreds of what she called “Fussy Parties.”
It’s also where her close friends she called “The Social” would meet weekly and
sometimes daily to solve the world’s problems.
Fran had a great sense of humor as did all her friends.
It was like dinner and a show with the regular cast of characters that frequented our house.
Fran and Vinnie didn’t have much, but they gladly shared everything they had without ever holding back.
We all learned how to socialize, host, and be generous from Fran and Vinnie in that Little Kitchen.
7 kids, 26 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and still growing….
That is Fran’s Personal Fortune and Legacy and what she loved most…
Fran, we will miss your sense of humor and your street smarts...
Fran, we are going to miss you girlfriend…
