To the Family of Ted Kalas,
Though belatedly, please accept my deep condolences on Ted's passing.
Ted and I were classmates at Bethany College seventy years ago - both of us new arrivals from Greece.
Although we pursued different paths, it is interesting that, by coincidence - and early on unbeknownst to us - we came full circle many years later to work almost across the street from each other in Garden City.
I have fond memories of Ted, his always-pleasant personality, keen intellect, and leadership skills - traits that were recognized and appreciated by those who knew him.
May his memory be eternal.
