Recently I found myself thinking about all the Lamonica Families. They were also a large family like my side of the family. Many exciting and fun filled visits were made to our home in Montreal. And when we got word that one of their families would visit it was always something to look forward to. I liked cousin Bessie and when I think back from time to time about that period of our lives Cousin Bessie will be there with her family joining our family for a fun and adventurous time for all. Life is Beautiful. R.I.P.
Cousin Vincent (Jimmy).

Dear Donna and Family,
My thoughts are with you during this time. I am so sorry for your loss. Wishing you peace and strength during this hard time. Like my sister Grace said “We spent a little time with Cousin Bessie during our youth in my family’s home and in your home one summer.” I remember Bessie as a very loving person. Bessie took us in and made us feel welcomed and safe. There’s always will be a place in my heart for Bessie. Bessie will be missed.

Bessie is my cousin through marriage. Philip was my father's nephew. I first met Bessie in 1958 when, as a young boy I came to New York from Montreal. What a beautiful, loving and generous person I found her to be. I spent a few days with Philip and Bessie and we became fast friends. Philp and Bessie visited us in Montreal many times and we remained in contact ever since then. I will miss you sweet cousin and think of you often with pride to have had you in my life. From Vancouver, RIP Bessie.
