My Aunt Joyce was an example of what a true Lady is.
She was beautiful, classy, loving, funny, caring, smart, energetic, proper and so much more. She had a way of making you feel happy and loved when you were with her. When she asked you a question she truly cared about, and listened to, the answer always giving good advise or sharing in an engaging conversation. Aunt Joyce has left a very big hole in many hearts but the legacy she has left is much bigger. My wonderful cousins have the best of their Mom in them as well as the lovingness of their Dad ... my “Aunt Joyce and Uncle Tommy”. Together they made five incredible women who I am so lucky to call my Cousins. (I love you all to the moon and back.) You have all done so much to make your Mom proud and happy and much more than she could have dreamed. From your special husbands/her sons, to your children/her grandchildren, to their spouses and their children/her great-grandchilren. Her life was filled with so much love that I have to believe she passed with a very, very full heart. To know my Aunt Joyce was to love her; to love her is to mourn and miss her. She is at peace.
Forever and always in our hearts ~ Micki & Ed

We are so sorry for your loss. I always had so much respect and admiration for Aunt Joyce she was truly a wonderful mother, Aunt and person. I am happy she can go join Uncle Tommy now, but so sad she is gone. The reflection of a person is the family they leave behind, and that's easy to see in the love and joy she instilled in her daughters (my wonderful cousins) our sincere condolences.

Dear Cousins,
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family as we say good-bye to our dear Aunt Joyce. All of my memories growing up as a child and adult are happy ones of Aunt Joyce as she was always so giving, kind, smart and happy. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. She has left behind a million moments that will live in our hearts forever. She is now singing and dancing with the rest of our family who are all together in Heaven. We may hear thunder when they all “cut a rug” together. We are all dancers! May you find comfort in your memories and strength in the companionship of family and friends. Love to all of you.
With sincere sympathy, Debbie & John

Where do I even begin. There is not enough space to lost all the things our mother has done for us. She was such a beautiful lady in every way. She has taught us to be loving and kind to everyone. She taught us humility and grace. (I’m not the most graceful but my sisters are) she loved our family with every ounce of her soul. Even when her illness progressed she would have that fleeting moment where she would look at you and you knew she loved you. I will always remember my mother as the Mom who would open her kitchen cabinets when your friends were over and offered everything she had in there. She could sing a song about any word you would say. She made every holiday so special and would cook a meal for an army. (We did have a small army) I remember the way my Mom and Dad would dance together and they were so much fun to watch. My Mom had an infectious laugh and a beautiful smile. Mostly I will never forget that she always had a way of making people feel special. I pray she is peace now and tearing up the dance floor in heaven right now. We love you Mom always and forever.

Most all of my favorite holiday and vacation memories (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Camping) from my childhood include Aunt Joyce, Uncle Tommy and my beautiful cousins. Aunt Joyce was always the kind of person you loved to be around... she made you feel special. Her sense of humor was contagious, she was kind hearted and people loved to be with her. Aunt Joyce raised 5 great kids and Uncle Tommy :)..... and always with a smile on her face. Although it has been a long time since I have seen or talked to her.... I would always ask my dad how she and the girls were, it was comforting just to know that she was still here.
Thank you aunt Joyce for the lessons that you may not know your were teaching us..... Love your family, enjoy every moment and be happy!
Love John Hadley

There are so many memories I have, but some of the best times were the Hadley's and the Capo's days at the beach. Piling up in station wagons and laughing and having such a good time. Not only was Aunt Joyce my Godmother, we shared the same birthday which always made it that more special..She will be missed by so many. My family sends our deepest sympathy to you all and may she now rest in peace. Love Lisa and Ritchie Santillo

It is said, When a baby is born it cries and we rejoice because God has allowed us to share the life of one of His children,...it is also said, when a loved one dies, we cry and God rejoices because another one of His children has returned home,...
In knowing Joyce all these years I have admired from afar Her strength in LOVE, DEVOTION, COMMITMENT and SELFLESSNESS in overseeing Her family,...In all five daughters and now grandchildren carry this gene, and I'm sure will follow the path Joyce has carved in her journey on the obstacle course of life,...lessons taught, lessons shared,..LESSONS LEARNED,...
Another beautiful spirit back in God's Kingdom to join all that have passed before Her, AND, I am sure will be there to greet Her and assure Her She is now again safe in the arms of our Lord,...Rest In Peace Antoinne

You were the matriarch of the family, someone who made others feel better when they were around you (at least that's how I felt). It always amazed me just how happy you always seemed. I didn't even mind having to say what I was thankful for every Thanksgiving, maybe partly so I could see the Bobby impression lol. I am glad I was able to know you while we were here on earth together, you were an awesome person. Rest easy

I’m not really sure how you put a million tiny memories and loving gestures into a small caption of words.. My Grandmother is and always will be a force of nature, a treasure trove of stories that will continue to live on through the family she built with my Grandfather. She leaves behind a family that even while still breathing relished in the sounds of her chattering, her endless singing, the bouncing of her shoulders as she cried tears of joy from the head of her holiday table. She was my beacon of light when I thought I’d been left in the dark. She will forever be the reason on put on my lipstick and deal with it. There is a insanely large hole she leaves behind but through that hole is not where we or I will find sadness but instead see that the hole is where her love for her family will for an eternity continue to shine through. Until the time comes where we will find ourselves reconnected she will be, beyond a shadow of a doubt greatly missed.
With much love, and affection, your 1st of many grandchildren

There are so many memories I can share but I will just tell you what we are thankful for Mom.
we are thankful for your love most of all, your knowledge and advise, teaching us to have a sense of humor even when it is hard, your entertaining skills and your joy of family and friends.
I am thankful for your smile and the times you said "I Love You" when I came to spend time with you. Our lives will never be the same without you but you showed us how to be strong and we will always be grateful for that.
Give Dad a big hug and a kiss for us and enjoy being the woman you were before your illness. You deserve peace and happiness. Your will always be in our hearts and the light in your grandchildren and great grand children's hearts. We love you always and forever. Lynn and Bob
