It is with deep regret and the sincerest sympathy that I learned of the passing of one of the most humble and honorable men I've had the utmost pleasure to know a dear friend and family man, Conrad Capobianco. — Our heartfelt condolences to all the family, especially to Ellen, Kim, and Amy. His handshake was as binding as any legal document. His word was as good as gold. It is said that life is a journey, and real wealth is measured by the people you touch. I can assure you he had an audience.
I have a treasure chest of fond memories that will keep his spirit alive, the way he would greet me, and that constant warm smile that was his signature. He turned me on to the game of hockey and taught me everything I know about concrete, The many coffee table conversations, the laughs, and shared sorrows. He was a rare breed that always rooted for the underdog except in hockey, of course! He would doodle with a flower in a pot that later became his logo. Until we meet again, you will always be in my prayers, rest in everlasting peace.
